If a player is already skill-sealed by Seal of Elder or Enfeeble, another seal used on the same player will no longer stack. The additional seal will miss, but the skill will still deal its damage.
Seal of Elder now deals damage on the first hit based on (CON + SPR) x8. It deals 50% of this damage in Chaos Argent.
Shadow Insignia now deals damage on the first hit based on (CON + SPR) x8. It deals 50% of this damage in Chaos Argent.
